Python 升级所有依赖

1. 使用 pip 列出所有不是最新的依赖

pip list --outdated

输出示例如下：

2. 升级所有依赖

确认无误后，一键升级：

pip install -U `pip list --outdated | awk 'NR>2 {print $1}'`

之后验证通过后，更新 requirements.txt ：

pip freeze > requirements.txt
